- Golden Rock Development Company Ltd Golden Rock Commercial Park Structural/Civil Engineering Consultants and Project Managers for a five-phase mixed-use development on over 6 acres of land. The first phase includes a three-storey steel structure (partial moment resisting frame with shear walls) with basement and mezzanine floors at the roof level; the building area is just over 200,000sqft (2011-2012)
- Deon Daniel & Associates Design of ninety (90’) foot span bridge in reinforced concrete to span ghaut with two spans forty-five (45’) feet each (2012).
- Tamarind Cove Development Nevis Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering design and supervision for luxury waterfront villa development. Three and four-storey reinforced concrete frame buildings.
- Royal St. Kitts Hotel Provided engineering advice for structural work for rehabilitating units and deck areas (2012)
- Beacon Heights Development Project Managers and engineering check consultants for the first phase of residential buildings (2012-2013)
- Social Security Nevis Structural and civil engineering design and resident structural/civil engineer for four storey office block (2012-2015)
- Pelican Bay (Hilton Embassy Suites) Structural/civil engineering design and resident civil/structural engineer for the project. Project includes three (3) seven storey buildings, one six (6) storey building, two (3) four storey buildings and two (2) three storey reinforced concrete framed buildings. Buildings designed using ASCE 7-10, ACI 318 codes of practice, and modelled using StaadPro. Structural design and supervision of 300 ft 20ft high Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) seawall to protect cliff face. Design of site grading and stormwater drainage plan for just over 6 ac re site. (2013-2015).

- (Imperial Bay) Half Moon Bay Beach Condos. Structural/civil engineering design and supervision for 79-unit condominium development 3 to 5 storey concrete framed buildings. (2013-2014)
- Construction Technologies Ltd. Road Design review and drainage design for road network with 14 segments and covering over 110 acres in St. Peters, St. Kitts.
- St. Christopher Air and Sea Ports Authority Project Management and supervision of construction cruise ship breasting dolphin and upgrading of pier fenders for berthing. (2013-2014).
